Mental Health at Work Commitment

Mental Health at Work Commitment
Our Approach to Mental Health in the Workplace
CPSL Mind have signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment – a straightforward framework based on the Thriving at Work standards, incorporating the latest research from UK employers and mental health experts.
We believe that the Mental Health at Work Commitment, along with the six standards it encompasses, provides a roadmap that can help any organization achieve better mental health outcomes for its people.
Why Did We Make the Commitment?
We are committed to leading the way in implementing each standard for our people and driving positive change. This is a way for us to demonstrate our values. By joining the growing movement of like-minded employers, businesses, and organisations across the UK, we are publicly declaring that mental health at work is a priority for us.
The Six Standards:
Six clear standards based on best practices to create an environment where employees can thrive:
- Standard 1: Prioritise mental health in the workplace by developing and delivering a systematic program of activity.
- Standard 2: Ensure that work design and organisational culture proactively drive positive mental health outcomes.
- Standard 3: Promote an open culture surrounding mental health.
- Standard 4: Increase organisational confidence and capability in mental health matters.
