This course will provide you with an understanding of mental health and wellbeing, including the impact of stress and signs of common mental health problems.
You will learn how to identify mental health concerns and will be equipped with the tools to support yourself and others in maintaining positive mental health. This includes the knowledge of how to complete a wellbeing plan and where to seek further support when necessary.
