Suicidal thoughts are more common than you might think – one in five people in the UK will experience suicidal thoughts in their lifetime.

This talk will provide you with an overview of how to identify a person at risk of suicide, talk openly about suicide and help a person at risk to stay safe. Importantly, you will also be equipped to look after your own wellbeing.
