Improving Mood Through Food!

To help improve wellbeing in the local Latvian community, Iveta Suna created a ‘Food and Mood’ group to encourage new connections and make delicious healthy recipes.

Food plays a big part in our lives, and for many, is a key part of celebration and social connection. To help improve wellbeing in the local Latvian community, Iveta Suna created a ‘Food and Mood’ group to encourage new connections and make delicious healthy recipes.

This is run with the help from the Good Life Fund, which has grants available to help those who would like to set up groups to help improve wellbeing and encourage connections in their community.
