Smoking Cessation Team Lead

Working across Cambridgeshire and reporting to the Head of Services for Innovation and Business Development the Smoking Cessation Team Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating a flexible, solutions focused service, assertively engaging with colleagues and individuals accessing CPSL Mind services.

Smoking Cessation Service Design Project Worker

This role requires a proactive, “can do” approach that focuses on innovative approaches to supporting people to achieve their goals around a healthier lifestyle. Using the strengths-based Mind Service Design Toolkit and, this post will co-produce and co-design with stakeholders to develop insight into models of support that will result in healthier, smoke free lifestyles. The work will culminate in a report and recommendations that will shape the Smoking Cessation offer in 2026/27.

Smoking Cessation Advisors

Working across Cambridgeshire and reporting to the Smoking Cessation Team Lead, the Smoking Cessation Advisor will be responsible for coordinating and providing a flexible solutions-focused service to individuals accessing existing CPSL Mind services.

Crisis Recovery Workers

Working one to one (either face to face, over the telephone, or on video call) you will support individuals experiencing mental health distress.
