Queen’s Charity Committee, of Queen’s College at the University of Cambridge, have chosen us as their charity of the year. The Committee have already come up with some exciting fundraising event ideas for the next 12 months that will raise awareness and funds to support local people with their mental health.

Beaumont Healthcare, the largest care provider for Cambridgeshire County Council, held an afternoon tea at their base in St Neots on 7th July, raising an incredible £620 for us.

Local Mind mental health charities, including us, are gearing up for the ‘Minds in Action’ fundraising challenge, which begins on 23rd July 2021, fronted by Olympic Gold Medallist, Dani Rowe MBE.

St Neots local, David Lee, has launched a colourful fundraising campaign which enables those who donate to vote on whether he dyes his beard a bright shade of blue, yellow, red or orange.

Rhiann Ward completed more than 5km a day for 28 days between 17th April and 14th May 2021, reaching a total of 140km in order to raise money to support us.

We are delighted to announce our continued partnership with Cambridge based video games company, Jagex.

On Saturday 24th – Sunday 25th April, over one hundred runners took part in the second annual Fenland Running Club Social Distanced Relay.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who took part in Cambridge’s first ever virtual run ‘Run Everyone’ and raised over £9,000 for us at CPSL Mind.

We were delighted when local estate and letting agents, Sharman Quinney made a wonderful donation of £1,580, raised from a raffle at their Top Achievers Awards night, held virtually on 6th February 2021.

44 players, family members and friends of Melbourn FC agreed to take part in a virtual challenge to run or walk the 3,000km from their home pitch to the Champions League Final at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
