Cambridgeshire Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) were thrilled to hear that St Neots based Hotel Chocolat had arranged for an amazing cake to be made using their own chocolates. The cake was raffled and raised a brilliant £163 for the local mental health charity.

Jonny Bannister, who organised the fundraiser said, “‘In support of mental health week, myself and the company wanted to support our local Mind charity, we collaborated with Liocebakes to create a prize winning Hotel Chocolat themed cake. All the staff at Hotel Chocolat gave generously and was hugely supportive and I can’t thank them enough, especially Sharon Stockdale, my line manager. Big thank you to Hotel Chocolat for supplying the chocolates and big thank you to Hannah Lioce of Liocebakes for creating and baking the amazing prize”.

Zoe Doherty fundraiser for CPSL Mind said, “We are extremely grateful to Hotel Chocolat for choosing us to support. This donation will be used to support local people in their recovery from mental health problems. A huge thank you to Jonny, Sharon and all the team for organising such a great event and a delicious cake.”
